The Process

When you purchase a class and complete the form, you will receive an confirmation email. You must complete each form and enter your email carefully each time. Please, make sure that I am in your email address book - Cyndi Cogbill at cyndi@pawpawpatchproductions.com. Check your spam and trash folders for an email.

I will receive an email as soon as you purchase the class and send you the Zoom link and password as soon as possible. If you do not hear from me within 24 hours, feel free to email me.

Zooming

For the best experience go the the Zoom website and become familiar with it prior to the scheduled class time. In the time we will have for a class, I will not be able to troubleshoot major Zoom issues for you.

• You must have a computer, tablet, or smart phone. The image is much better on a computer or tablet than on a phone.

• You must be hooked up to WiFi.

Refund Policy

• Your fee will be returned if the class is canceled.

• The fee will not be refunded if you are not able to attend or have technical issues.
